AMP produces creative content for the major stages of the world, including the Hollywood Bowl, Royal Albert Hall, Carnegie Hall, Tokyo Forum, Lincoln Center, Sydney Opera House, Philharmonie de Paris, and Wembley Arena.
These star-studded, live-to-film concert events have included Disney classics such as: The Little Mermaid starring Sara Bareilles, Rebel Wilson, Harvey Fierstein, Lea Michele, and John Stamos; Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas starring Danny Elfman, Catherine O’Hara, and Paul Reubens, with special appearances by Billie Eilish, Phoebe Bridgers and Weird Al; and Beauty and the Beast starring Zooey Deschanel, Jane Krakowski, Kelsey Grammar, and Taye Diggs.
AMP has proudly partnered with Disney+ and Fulwell 73 to produce Encanto at The Hollywood Bowl starring the original vocal cast with a special appearance from Lin-Manuel Miranda and, most recently, the multi-Emmy® Award nominated The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl: 30th Anniversary Celebration, featuring original cast vocalists such as Jeremy Irons and Nathan Lane, and special guest Jennifer Hudson.
AMP works with composers, lyricists, and license holders to create legendary musicals in concert, such as CHICAGO The Musical – In Concert and RENT in Concert, with expanded symphonic scores and live casts, and unique symphony concert experiences such as Danny Elfman’s Music from the Films of Tim Burton, featuring montage film clips from their iconic collaboration, original concept art and character sketches by Tim Burton, and performance by Danny Elfman.
AMP touring productions, in collaboration with Disney Concerts, include multi-week coast-to-coast Live-To-Screen presentations of Coco In Concert, Encanto Sing-Along Concert and MOANA. Each tour features full length screening of these beloved animated features accompanied by performances of the award-winning musical scores performed by a bespoke ensemble of musicians on stage.
